Stuart, Florida – Ocean Gate General Contractors is a proud sponsor of the Alzheimer’s Community Care annual fundraiser, “A Moment In Time,” on Saturday, April 19, 2008 from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM at the Willoughby Golf Club in Stuart. Event chairs Pamela and Tim Hoke are heading up the fun filled evening with music provided by Guest Miami Band Steven Chase & His Orchestra, a silent auction, a raffle of his and her watches and a diamond/amethyst necklace provided by Diamonds by Terry, and a delicious dinner. As the Adventure Fund sponsor, Ocean Gate donated $5,000 to the organization that will use the donation to pay for consumer transportation to scheduled events.

 

“We are pleased to contribute to this cause since Alzheimer’s has touched my life personally as well as my employees’,” said Mark MacDonald, president of Ocean Gate General Contractors. “The donation will provide Martin County patients with opportunities to attend activities outside of their homes and maintain an active lifestyle that otherwise wouldn’t be available.”
