Ocean Gate Shares the Holiday Spirit

Stuart. The company underwrote a Saturday
evening dinner on December 19th for over 80 persons at the Salvation
Army. Employees of Ocean Gate also
were on hand to personally serve a meal of baked ham, vegetables and salad
and desserts, and iced tea and coffee. The company also provided take-away
platters. To bring an air of festivity to the event, Ocean Gate decorated
with red and green tablecloths and poinsettias, and there were crayons and
activities for the children. Salvation Army Volunteer Chef Otto
Perez directed Ocean Gate employees in food preparation and service.
Following the dinner, the construction company's employees performed
dishwashing and clean up tasks.
Ocean Gate President Mark MacDonald was pleased with the large number of displaced persons who received a hot meal during the holiday season.
