His project management skills have been used to construct a variety of developments, parks and recreational facilities and transportation projects and include: interstate rest areas, restrooms, bridge enhancements, parking areas, scenic overlooks, community parks, beach parks, athletic facilities, environmentally sensitive lands, campgrounds, boat ramps, canoe/kayak facilities, docks, marinas, pedestrian boardwalks, fishing piers, multi-use trails, commercial, residential, mixed-use, historic preservation and restoration, streetscape designs, wetland mitigations and stormwater management enhancements.

After fourteen years of developing projects on behalf of Martin County and the State of Florida, Ocean Gate is pleased to have Patrick on board to support our park developments division.   Patrick is a resident of Stuart.

Andrew Wilson’s strong background in the mechanical, plumbing and electrical scopes of work will be an asset as he provides project management on an aquatic park the company is building for the City of Riviera Beach, and two park restorations for the City of West Palm Beach.  He also has a background in millwork allowing Andres to oversee and ensure quality in the finishes on any project.  He was the project superintendent on the 2008 architectural digest award project City Palm, a 10-story condominium with a 5-story parking structure in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Lisa O’Brien, a resident of Palm City has a distinguished background in the construction industry.  Most recently, Lisa worked for a builder in Palm Beach Gardens and provided pricing and strategic planning for the City of West Palm Beach’s new 411,000 square foot municipal complex.  Her experience also includes being a certified building contractor, and serving as a project manager and project superintendent.  But, managing the pricing and logistics of a project is Lisa’s greatest strength.  She brings more than twenty years of experience building Burger Kings’, Surgery Centers, Roads, Bridges, and Municipal Centers.

Ocean Gate will continue to be a force for employment increases in our community.
