a new coquina rock shoreline protection system. A new restroom facility
will be added along with new parking areas, a turn lane from US 1 into the
park, landscaping and signage. The park will receive split rail fencing
on the east and west boundaries, and a six-foot privacy fence to the north and
south. More than 118 trees and more than one thousand shrubs will be
added, providing shade and a welcome surrounding. A manatee educational
kiosk will alert boaters to the gentle giants who inhabit the waters in this
area.

curtain within 20-feet of the construction at the waterway. Ocean Gate
will surround and isolate the construction area from the surrounding waters of
the Indian River Lagoon. Ocean Gate has a large portfolio of
previous park assignments that needed environmental protection, and
they have unfailingly met these goals. The team has completed many
