growing company: Amadou Dial has joined the Stuart-based company as a
Project Manager. Ocean Gate’s latest project awards are located in The
City of Boynton Beach, The City of Riviera Beach, and the City of
St. Petersburg.
Amadou
brings more than ten years of project management experience with a wide range
of projects.From pharmaceutical
laboratories to parks, he has consistently brought projects in within budget
and on schedule.He has a very strong
background in accounting and construction management that make him a great fit
for our growing company.
Ocean
Gate General Contractors, Inc. has continued to prosper in this down economy
through its lean aggressive approach to pursuing

In
addition to pursuing opportunities outside of the
TreasureCoast, Ocean Gate is building a new
headquarters building in
Stuart,
Florida. The company will
build a 20,000 square foot building incorporating energy and resource saving
features to ensure they reach the Platinum rating they seek. The United
States Green Building Council’s Platinum Rating is the most aggressive offered
requiring more than 52 “leed points” addressing site planning, water and
materials selection, and energy and design sustainability. Why now?
He sees the downturn as a chance to regroup and educate his workers on
green building techniques. "Costs of construction are 20 percent
less than they were two years ago," MacDonald said. "It's a good time
to build."
