Ocean Gate Completes Okeechobee Fire Station #4

Stuart, Florida – Ocean Gate General Contractors recently completed the construction of Okeechobee Fire Station #4 for the Okeechobee County Board of County Commissioners. Project construction began in January 2007 and the facility was completed on time.
This project included the construction of a new 6,500 square foot building. The team installed a well system, parking areas, drainage, appertenances and 5 acres of site work. The Ocean Gate team worked with a variety of professionals to produce an aesthetically pleasing high quality finished product to serve the county’s needs while maintaining budgetary constraints.
Ocean Gate has completed two other firefighting facilities in the last three years. The firm constructed Martin County ESS 21 and the Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Facility (ARFF) in St. Lucie County.
