Date: 01-21-2008
Stuart, Florida – Ocean Gate General Contractors recently completed construction of Mercantile Warehouse located in St. Lucie West, Florida. Work began in October 2006 for this new structure that will be used as a warehouse and/or office building.
Ocean Gate used the tilt-wall method to construct the 20,000 square foot facility. The assigned project team installed the landscaping and completed the exterior finish work and all related site work. The team worked with a variety of industry professionals to produce an aesthetically pleasing high quality finished product to serve the owner’s needs while maintaining budgetary constraints.
“This was another successful project where Ocean Gate was able to help our clients achieve their goals,” stated Mark MacDonald, President of Ocean Gate General Contractors. “The new facility will be an asset to the Port St. Lucie business community and we look forward to helping the County grow in the future.”
