Stuart, Florida – Ocean Gate General Contractors was recently awarded the South Beach Community Park contract by the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners. Work is scheduled to begin in January 2008 and is expected to be completed in April 2009.

 

The park is located in Floridana Beach, Florida. This project will include the construction of an 18,000 square foot gymnasium, recreational fields, landscaping and site work. The Ocean Gate team will be working with a variety of industry professionals to produce an aesthetically pleasing high quality finished product to serve the community’s needs while maintaining budgetary constraints.
